OVERFLOW EDGE POOLS

Also know as “Waterfall pools”, these are more and more solicitated from property owners for their beauty and surrounding area. The construction principle is similar to a “Infinity pool”, but the operating principle is a bit different. With this type of pool, when the water reaches it's maximum level, instead of overflowing into a gutter, the water overflows into a small tank which is normally part of the pool structure. Instead of overflowing around the pool like the Infinity pools, the overflow edge pool normally overflows on one or two sides of the pool into a small tank, then pulled from filtering system and sent back to pool through the jets.
The filtering equipment must be defined with extreme precision in order to creat the overflow effect. The interior is normally done with natural stones “Pebble Shape”, but mosaics are also an option. Ideal for someone who wants to construct a pool on a slope. The accessories mostly used for these pools are; spas, waterfalls, electrolysis salt systems, heat pumps, electric pool covers and automatic hoovers.
